Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options & Delivery Areas

Moragiste currently offers domestic and selected international shipping depending on your location.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within your country (estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch)
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries (estimated 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing)

We aim to expand our global shipping network over time to make Moragiste accessible worldwide.

We do not currently offer local pickup or local delivery services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard shipping rates apply for most orders
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions or above a specific order value

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.
